The Fine Print

Half-day sessions are 4 hours long. Booking time includes setup and pack-down.
Total content depends on your plan and the complexity of the shoot.
Standard gear includes one light. Full kits, sliders, and backdrops are available as add-ons.
You provide the footage and we’ll handle the edit.
Animations require your brand guides to ensure a perfect match.
Talent and models are to be sourced by the client.

Our focus is simple:

WE make the content. YOU share it.

Service Guidelines

We want this to be smooth and enjoyable for both sides. Here’s how we work:

Clear Planning:
The more we know upfront (promos, themes, events), the stronger your content will be. Please give us a heads-up when possible.

Shoot Days Are Locked:
Once we set a date, it’s booked for your brand. If something changes, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice to reschedule.

Polished Final Content Only:
You’ll get fully edited, ready-to-post content. Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions only. Extra edits are available at an additional fee.

We Rely on Your Feedback:
Quick feedback keeps delivery on track. If approvals or info from your side are delayed, delivery timelines may shift.

Usage Rights:
Once payment is complete, the final media is yours to use freely on your social channels. We may also feature some of the content in our portfolio or socials.

Models & Talent:
If your shoot requires models or actors, these will be charged separately and confirmed with you in advance.

Need Something Extra?
Need extra clips or a custom format? I’m happy to quote it for you. We can always grow the scope together, I just ask that changes are confirmed before editing begins.

Payment Terms

Here’s how our payment process works:

Deposit to Secure Your Booking
A one time refundable deposit equal to one month’s package fee is required to start. This secures your spot in our schedule.

Minimum Commitment
All packages come with a 3 month minimum commitment.

Monthly Payment Schedule
Monthly payments are due at the start of each month for that month’s content.

Refundable Deposit Conditions
If all monthly payments are made on time and in full, the deposit will be refunded or applied to your final month.

Early Cancellation or Missed Payments
If the client cancels early or misses a payment, the deposit will be forfeited to cover production planning, scheduling, and lost opportunity costs.

Additional Services and Urgent Requests
Extra services, additional shoot days, or urgent delivery requests will be quoted separately.
